In this new work, Juan Diaz, expert in police defensive tactics, presents/displays the defensive use to us of the shackles in system SIAK (Integral System of Police Kaisendo Self-defense). We will study everything from a set of techniques of neutralization, halting and disarmaments using the shackles as it arms to defensive and nonlethal front to diverse types of attack on the part of aggressors with or without arms: defenses as opposed to pushes, you take hold, stranglings, attacks of fist, kick, wood and knife. A tool with a versatility of excellent action for the professionals of the security.
